We came to this establishment on a recommendation, and it was not a bad choice. The service and the food were above and beyond. We ordered all kinds of food, and it was all home cooking. Enrique, our server, was also very helpful. Thank you for such a great experience, and the food was amazing.

Best Greek food Iβve ever had! I couldβve eaten the tzatziki by the gallonβit was so creamy and delicious. The fried zucchini chips were light and crispy, and the octopus was amazingly tender. We got the lamb dish on the top of the menu and a grilled fish dish, both of which were amazing. We got the baklava for dessert, which was flaky and delicious. All in all, an amazing and delicious experience at Greek Islands!

The service was friendly and efficient, and we were seated immediately without any wait. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The starters were the highlight of the meal. The fish soup and chickpea soup were both excellent, full of flavour and very enjoyable. The gigantes (Greek giant beans) were also delicious. We were served two types of bread, one was fresh and tasty, although the other seemed a little stale. Unfortunately, the main courses were disappointing. We ordered the lamb with orzo and the lamb with potatoes, and both dishes were extremely greasy. There was simply too much oil for our taste, and we ended up leaving most of them. To finish, we had Galatopita, which was excellent and one of the best parts of the meal. The Greek coffee, however, was very watery and lacked the strong flavour we expected. Overall, there were some very good elements, particularly the starters, dessert, service and atmosphere, but the overly greasy main courses and weak coffee let the experience down. For us, it was a 3-star visit.

My experience at Greek Islands was definitely a 5/5. Spacious, clean, polite staff and wonderful wait service. Our waiter Christofores, super cool and funny. He talked about his journey from Greece to Chicago to play soccer, learning English in two years, and meeting his now best friend from Nigeria by a chance encounter at the airport. The food was really good. Rustic, nice flavors. Everything tasted and looked fresh. Will definitely have to visit here again.

Food was good. We ordered the family style combo and brought enough for at least 2 more meals. Our server Hannah went out of her to meet my dietary restrictions and then still tried to make it better. All of the pictures were my 1/2 of the combo. It also came with coffee and a piece of custard and a piece of baklava. 34.95 per person.
